EDI Car Rental - Amazing from start to finish!

We found this car rental company online when we were fed up of having to pay excessive charges from car hire companies abroad. On the website it said that the price quoted was the price you pay. No large deposits required and the price quoted was very reasonable. Perfect! I emailed first to check the price and received a very prompt reply advising to complete the online reservation form. Booking online was very simple and once the reservation form was completed we received the email confirmation with instructions on what to do when we arrived at Alicante Airport.

On arrival at the airport, we headed to the car park and the EDI representative was waiting for us. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable when we said we were looking for Golf courses in the area. He directed us to the car and explained everything from the fuel policy, which was replace what you use, to what to do when we took the car back at the end of the hire.

The car was new, a Fiat Panda, and very clean inside and out and it was very economical.

I would highly recommend EDI, the service was excellent from start to finish and I will be recommending them to anyone looking to hire a car in the Alicante area.
