DRIVALIA STAFF SERIOUS BAD ATTITUDE

I recently rented a car in mallorca from your company and we’re extremely dissatisfied.
We waited for 40 mins at airport for shuttle bus pick up. The shuttle bus stop wasn't signposted, it was just a parking space in the airport. I had to ask other shuttle drivers if they stop here and if they are still running as it was 12.30 at night.

The other shuttle buses had gone and come back TWICE to their car pick up point and we were still waiting not sure if they would arrive or not. I was almost calling a taxi to try go and find them.

We had to change a baby car seat for a bigger one and my wife had a lot of attitude from the people on the desk about changing it, they put their heads down said thats all they had and my wife saw the seats in the other room, she had to walk in and point them out. They eventually gave her one and made attitude tutting and puffing noises as they did. I was outside in the car and she didn't tell me this until the next day, if I had of known I would have lost the head with them.

After a long day travelling, it was 1am, customers need help and understanding not attitude and hassle. We arrived on the night of 31st July at 12pm, please contact the staff involved and retrain them or pass on this complaint to them.
