I used Drivalia after a lot of research and a lot of bad press for the Spanish hire car market in general. I went for the all inclusive cover paid for up front. When I arrived at the lot having been picked up from the airport promptly by the shuttle bus all I had to do was sign the forms and go. I was told not to worry about any current minor damage on the car as I had took the full cover. The car was good quality and ran well. I had paid for full/full but couldn't find a fuel station on the way back and was concerned that I would get ripped off. On the contrary I was charged £35 gbp for the half a tank I had used which included a £7 administration fee. All in all a please to use and would highly recommend. In addition I didn't have to leave a credit card deposit or even a swipe of my card having taken the full cover.
