Most excellent! Exactly as advertised!

I had a great experience renting a car here. Before leaving Norway for Spain I booked the car through Drivalia's own website which is very good at explaining all the requirements to complete the rental contract and also gives you plenty of options for add-ons and modifications. I must say this was the simplest procedure I have ever experienced when renting a car. Big thumbs to the owners for making this so easy! In America where I live this can be a very lengthy process that most of the time is no fun at all.

Our plane got in quite early to the Airport in Alicante so I called to let them know that we were early so they came and picked us up right away. All the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful in every way.

Our car was quite new, less than 6000km, drove great and was very efficient on fuel. No problems whatsoever with the car (Black Peugeot 208 Diesel)

I read many disparaging reviews of this business before deciding to rent from them anyway and I can say that I was very happy that I did. From what I can discern by reading the negative reviews online is that they were written by people that either didn't read their contracts or didn't understand what they were buying.

I will definitely rent here again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car on La Costa Blanca.
