I was very impressed with all aspects of hiring a vehicle with Coys.
Booking online at short notice was easy and quick as was the follow up telephone call. Pricing is clear and easy to understand.
Staff on the 'phone and in person at the airport were friendly and efficient.
Our flight was delayed but I had been assured that Coys monitor flight status and we were met at arrivals exactly as promised.
This is the best bit - no queue whatsoever, from first point of contact in the airport to driving away took around ten minutes.
The car was clean and in good condition and was actually the model that had been shown on booking, not an 'or equivalent'.
I had opted for twenty euros of fuel in the tank at pick up which saved time and stress.
Drop off was very straightforward at Alicante airport - one level up from departures.
