I rented a car with locauto some time ago on website of economy cars
I got an extra invoice for 450 euro for a scratch I would have made which they cashed with my visa card without my approval
we rented the car for two days to go to our country house in umbria, we didn't go to any city...me and my wife didn't see the scratch
apparently we are not the only one since atos worldline, the company who owns the visa cards, is overwhelmed with complaints about these practices
I would suggest ecomony cars also take steps towards locauto to stop these practices
