Excellent reliable service

There are so many car rental places in the area of Heraklion/Hersonissos it can be a little baffling, but we found ART car rentals online before our holiday and chose them based on the excellent reviews. We were pleased to be able to book online by email and had a very prompt response to confirm the booking. On the day we were due to get the car Nikos arrived at our apartments in plenty of time and left the car with us, arranging to collect it simply by leaving the key behind the bar, a convenient solution. He was very dutiful in showing me all the features of the car before he left, and giving us a phone number to call 24 hours a day in case of any problems. The car (a VW up!) was only 1.5 months old and therefore in great condition. The price was also good, costing the same for 4 days as it seemed to cost for 3 days with the other companies we got quotes from. Overall extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use them again!
