This must be one of the worst experiences of buying a car ever. I went to the Newport branch to buy an I10. The salesman was only interested in my part ex and spent 1 hr valuing it before taking me to the I10s. I was then allowed to sit in an I10. I asked for a test drive to be told come and sort out a deal first in the office. I said I can't do a deal until I know if I like the car. I was told if you don't like how we do things then you can go somewhere else. So I did. Went home and bought a skoda instead.

We ha a similar situation in Kia Bristol.2 hour hard sell. We gave a £400 deposit on a car , which wasn,t delivered after 10 days. We were promised two delivery dates that were not kept and a sales person who rang at 7.30 in the morning and while we were abroad on holiday.! Too much hassle so we cancelled and now we are refused our money ..... reason being .....the manager thought it was reasonable to contact us when we were on holiday.
BEWARE - they don,t tell you but any deposits paid are not refundable unless you put details in writing.
Shame on you KIA you have a poor uncaring sales dept.
