My 60 plate top of the range Honda Jazz has just 10,600 miles & is in as new condition. Honda offered me £7,500 to buy it from me. Webuyanycar has offered me just £5,820!!!

Hello,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're constantly striving to improve our service, so your feedback is very important to us.
I'd like to take this opportunity to respond to your comment in the hope of explaining the reasons behind your valuation.
We don't claim to be able to offer the best possible price. We simply guarantee a quick, easy and safe way of selling, free from the hassles that come with private sale: haggling with strangers, negotiating with time-wasters, waiting in for viewers, placing adverts and waiting by the phone.
My apologies that we were unable to help you on this occasion.
Kind Regards,
Lisa, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

You've avoided the point,
A Honda dealership offered me the above price, not a member of the public. Ergo, there is no difference in the buying process between Honda & your company. Just 3 simple steps.
I also realise that I should not expect the highest quote from you, as you sell on to the trade & that's where your profit lies. I believe you are being greedy & to some extent may be preying on the public who find themselves falling on hard times.
BTW. I have dealt with you before & on that occasion the offer for the car I had then was a true reflection of it's value & I was happy to sell.
This is not the case with your company anymore & that's the change I see. A great shame really.
Regards
