Simple process, promise of decent price, then whack,... £50 admin fee.
Can’t say the admin fee was particularly well communicated to me in advance. I can’t recall seeing it, I’m sure it’s there, but it’s pretty hidden!!

Other than that, simple and pleasant to deal with
