Purchased a new 2013 Focus from this dealership. The whole process was a shambles, I had to add up the paperwork for them as they 'forgot' to include my trade-in. Eventually managed to get a fixed date to pickup the vehicle.
The car developed a fault in the first month, which was repaired but reappeared only days later. Repeated this process several times after which I demanded money back under sale of goods act. Dealer ignored this and kept my car over a month. Eventually suggesting I couldn't have money back as car had ben repaired (again).
Going to have to take them to court to get listened to. Unfortunately ford centrally are just as much use.
