The lady was very professional, she talked me through step by step of the process. She helped with my new car also which was great. Was a reasonable offer. Can't fault them. Thank you

An absolute disgrace, I booked an appointment which they obviously didn’t make. I read the reviews but was stupid enough to give it a go. Never again! Please avoid of all cost! terrible service

It's quite simple these guys want your car for the least amount of money Plain and simple so when you get a valuation take that as complete fabrication! And when company representatives arrives and looks at your car the price will be given after he has inspected your vehicle and this will always be lower than the initial offer, no need to get upset that's just a fact of how they operate, best thing to do is book 3 or 4 of the major car buying companies ideally for the same day or within a couple of days throw them your keys and go back in the house, get all the valuations and play them off against each other, this way you will get the highest price and you can let them stress between themselves, easy.

I will cut it short, got a valuation on Saturday, gave them a ring, & they made me an appointment for PM a few days later, guess what, I took all afternoon off work to wait for the buyer to come & didn't they turn up!! got a call from the office at 7pm, & said they couldn't make it. I just wish that I would have took the time to read the reviews & then would'nt have waisted my time. I waited for 3 days when I could have had another proper company round to buy my car. Terrible customer service. Don't bother give sombody else a ring, Imsure they have paid sombody to give them any sort of good reviews ...PS google & read reviews of staff thet used to work for them, interesting information!

I previously booked to have Money4YourMotors come out and do an appraisal on my car. The price on the website was good so I arranged for them to come out the next day. I got a call from the guy telling me what time he would be coming. Very chatty guy, spoke to me as if he was a friend. This is just a ploy to try and convince you that they are on your side. They are sales people at the end of the day and their main objective is to get as much commission as possible. After the inspection he rated my car as a grade 1 to 2 which is very good and what I entered on the description on the website. This is when all the play acting starts. He contacts the office and gives them all the details and tries to convince you that he is going to make sure you get the best deal. The person on the other end of the phone say yes or no to the price. Before he gets the price, he is already telling you that because of the way the market is, the offer they gave you the day before could change and then he get his phone out and types a offer. This is not the offer that he's been told on the phone. This is the offer where he can get as much commission as he can. He's already got a figure in mind while he is doing the the test drive. The offer was £900 less than the offer on the website. If there is a lot of scratches and chips on the car. They will reduce the offer down because of the damage. If there's no damage and it is exactly the description what you entered when you got the quote. It is down to the market value. I knew what I wanted for the car and After me telling him that there was no way I would accept this offer. He didn't even have to get back on the phone to the office before he typed another offer into his phone. I got what I wanted but, still £400 less than the quote. I was under no illusion that I would get what was offered on their website even though my car was classed as a Grade 1 to 2 and had 2 minor chips on the car. Remember! They do not want to go away with out a sale. If you are thinking of using them. Have a figure in mind and stick to it. I accepted the offer and out of curiosity I checked the price again on the website and funny enough! It was the same price as they first quoted. Also for reference the admin fee can also be negotiated without him having to contact his office.

What an awful company. Absolutely disgrace and there customer service is pitiful. I would not recommend or sell my car through them again. All they have done is cause me stress. With the constant calls and texts and emails about my appointment. Then they say they haven't received my finance agreement from insurer when they had I received proof. I haven't even sold my car because on every appointment it gets cancelled. The first time was there was an emergency with the person who was inspecting this car and the second time they double booked in the diary when they promised for a week and a half they would come to see my car. A very incompetent company. I wouldn't even give this company one star. A bunch of cow boys I will be reporting this further.

Don't expect to get anywhere the near valuation that comes up on line. Dealing with them on the phone was helpful and detailed. The chap that turned up to check the car was friendly and explained what he was doing. After taking a shed load of photos and checking the paint thickness (the car is only just 7 months old, but has to b e done), he discusses with head office and comes back with a valuation of £600 less than the online offer. I said no and there was no negotiation offered as I said I wanted the online valuation. The car has no marks, chips, nothing, it is immaculate, alloys are as new. It still has the 'new car' smell inside. The chap looking around the car told me he had graded it as Grade 1. Why with no reason to lower the price do they try and take the mick? I understand how this works as I have sold to similar before and you expect to be knocked down for every scratch etc, not on a spotless almost brand new car with less than 3000 miles on the clock. though. If you lower your expectations they may make you happy, if you want the valuation that they draw you in with online, don't bother wasting your time as you won't get it.

CHARLATANS - DO NOT USE - CANNOT BE TRUSTED This is the second time that I have left a review for this company. The previous experience as bad as this one. My first experience of the company they made an offer for my vehicle over the internet, only for that offer to be reduced by almost £1,000 without any reason or justification. I refused that offer and complained to the management team about my treatment. (The sales assistant was rude, unhelpful and aggressive). I received a letter of apology and some high street shop vouchers for my inconvenience. The management team and customer services ensured that the company did not operate in this manner and that all offers were made to be as close to and representative of the original offer. On this basis I decided I would give the company another chance. My vehicle was valued on the internet to an a value that I found reasonable and acceptable, so I booked an appointment time. Outstanding finance values were sent to the company and all of the preliminary work dealt with. The day before my planned appointment I received a phone call to say that my appointment time would need to be changed because there was a possibility that the value of the car may not reach the outstanding finance valuation and that would not give time to ring the finance company to complete the exchange. I found this surprising as the valuation of the vehicle was over £600 more than the outstanding finance. I then informed the caller that if they were planning on repeating the process of my previous experience they should not bother wasting mine or their time as I would be seriously upset and disappointed having been reassured that this is not how the company operate. The appointment was rearranged to accommodate the new time. The valuer came and inspected the car, had a short drive, took numerous photos and then rang back to the office. At this point I was offered £1,100 less than the internet base price. Yet again no explanation was given other than market values change daily. I told the valuer that I don't accept this, as I had entered my details on the website only 1 hour before the appointment, this latest valuation was less than £100 less than my original. Whilst the valuer who attended was more than polite, and I appreciate that it is not he who makes the final offer, I cannot stress enough that this company has nothing but dishonest corrupt motives. All of the valuations are false in an attempt to lure you into an appointment. The car I had for sale had a full dealership service history, one owner, low mileage in immaculate condition. This company makes you feel like you are selling a write off.

Whatever you do do NOT waste your time with this company. My car was valued on line and I booked the appointment. Agent turned up, examined the car and took it for a drive. He summed up the car as in showroom condition and said he could find no faults. However the resulting offer was £600 less that the online valuation. The reason they gave. It was October! The offer had been made in October but this must have been a different October. Apparently although they had booked the appointment at a time to suit them, my car had devalued by £600 because it was October. AVOID.

As I was moving away I needed a quick and easy way of selling my car. This wasn’t it. My appointment was arranged for midday on Saturday, they cancelled and rearranged to Sunday at 10am. Nobody showed up. I phone and they said it wasn’t booked in properly and someone would be there at half 3. They then phoned and said they couldn’t do half 3 and could I change to half 5 on Monday. Frustrated at this point but I agreed. On the day the time kept changing from 11 to 12 and then 1!! When he finally turned up (professional and friendly I will add) I was offered £400 which would actually be £350 with the admin fee taken off. I declined. The next day I sold my car privately for £700. Absolute joke that my time was wasted and they offered so little.

I was going to use this service however, I saw a car at Evans Halshaw and they said they would match this price given by you guys. So I phone up and ask to cancel my appointment. The guy asked why standard question so I told him that I was part exing it instead and was about to say that way I can keep my private reg as well. He didn't give me chance to even finish my sentence and spoke over me to say I'll get it cancelled and put the phone down on me. POOR Customer Service skills there just because you lost a sale doesn't mean your staff take it out on us.

These people are just wasting your time unless you sell your car half price to them. They are very greedy, difficult to deal with and tricky. Avoid them if you can! Wewantanycar and money4yourmotors are same company. Lots of negative things about them which I dont like to waste my time even mention it. Long story short, they are totally useless, just avoid them!

Despite reading the negative reviews on line I still went through with the appointment with money 4 your motors. The gentleman who came was polite and professional and despite my reservations did a full inspection of the car. The first thing I said was " if you are going to make a stupid offer don't bother." I informed him that autotrader had valued the car at £2200 to which he replied "they only want your money." The gentleman agreed that it was a nice clean tidy motor. Then proceeded to offer only £1000. Wasted over an hour of my time. 1 week later I sold the car for £1800. Don't waste your time with them.
