Service & Car Fantastic.

WP06ORK. Having looked at several cars over the last fortnight and visited several dealerships in the process, it was extremely pleasant to come to a dealership where it looked clean, tidy and professional. Service from all members of staff was excellent. They were professional, courteous and friendly. I particularly liked the fact that there was no 'hard sell'. We were shown the car and left to explore it on our own. When it came to a test drive I simply showed them my driving licence and was allowed to drive the car without a member of staff accompanying us. Consequently I was able to test it the way I wanted to, but in a relaxed manner. We left my husband's car behind and had a conversation about getting back in time to have it valeted on our way home. The staff member dealing with us said he could do that for us, so being a cheeky madam I asked him if he'd do the insde as well, which he did. When we returned after the test drive, fully committed to buying the car, we asked if there was any room for negotiation on the price, as it had been advertised at a cheaper price the week before. We managed to secure a small discount and a quarter tank of petrol. We were also plied with cups of tea during the visit. All in all it was a very pleasant afternoon, culminating in a drive home in a lovely Fiat Grande Punto. Many, many thanks to the young gentleman who helped us in our purchase.
