This was my first time buying off Yankee Planet and I rate it A++. My candles arrived really quickly and tracked through the whole process. I would recommend this to a friend as they have brilliant candles that smell nice and better than yankeecandle.com I liked how easy it was to use the website and the loyalty scheme I don't really like how there was no option to pay with PayPal My last 4 digits of the order number is 3409

This is the second time I have used Yankee Plante and I would have no issue in recommended them to family and friends. A reliable and quick service is offered with a good variety of products including many fragrances which are no longer available on the high street. Delivery has always been quick and items well packaged with no damage. I now use Yankee Planet as the only place to purchase my yankee candles.

Ordered items on Monday evening to be told they would not be dispatched until Friday due to them being late with orders - This was only made apparant after i stated in the order to have my items dispatched as soon as possible as they where for a gift needed for the weekend with no response given from this. DO NOT USE if you want your items to be late - I have also had items previously from this company not arrive or have arrived damaged. Before i made the purchase it would have helped to have had a GUARENTEED dispatched time rather than just when they feel like it. Also an option for FREE shipping when you spend over a certain amount like other places do - I dont see why i have had to pay out £3.90 For VERY POOR service !!

I have looked everywhere for the large lilac blossom yankee candle and had no luck. This is the only site that does it and is from the uk I am so pleased and delivery was excellent to. I have no dislikes what so ever I was so pleased my I purchased another candle for my mother.

The new website layout is really nice easy to read and easy to navigate through. I found some great items that they still had in stock that many places are now fully sold out of! The actual items that we purchased that were 3 Yankee Candle medium jars were very well priced and very pleased that we were able to purchase them! I bought a Large Housewarmer Jar Honey & Spice from Yankee Planet. Website fairly straight forward with good search facility. Good communication with them with emails sent for confirmation of order and subsequent dispatch with tracking facility. Postage and packaging charges were reasonable with free delivery offered for orders over £50. My order was dispatched promptly using Parcel2Go and received quickly.
