I ordered an item on 4th January which never arrived. They have ignored my messages, and I cannot get them on the phone as it is always an answering machine stating they are either closed or on another call. The long & short of it is this - they are unreliable, they do not answer messages, and I have had to open a dispute to try and get my money back!

Excellent website - very easy to use and every month there are some great special offers. So far I have ordered twice from the website and both times there has been excellent communication and a very speedy service. The products are lovely and are very good value and the packaging is excellent. I love the printed boxes as well - an extra touch which makes me smile when the parcel arrives! looking forward to doing some Christmas shopping on the site very soon!
