Unbeatable Hire Is a business I will never use again

Please do not use this company. It is a horrible experience returning the van and trying to get your deposit and bond back.
At first the original price quoted seems very competitive. However, numerous unforeseen charges are added: credit card surcharges, admin fees, card handling fees, insurance surcharges etc
The motorhome was good and when we collected it we were shown round the van by a nice easy-going member of staff. However, when returning the motorhome a different member of staff was unfriendly and went through the van with a fine tooth comb noting scratches etc not indicated by the easy going lady. We are certain these were not made by us. However, they have your money and you don't get it back. They charged us £50 for unemptied waste water tank which was a lie as I had emptied it minutes before arrival at the depot
They will not return your £1000 bond without a good deal of persistence from yourself. I think their policy is to only return money if you pester them; it doesn't happen automatically.
They still have not returned the £50 mentioned above despite telling me they would do so and me sending emails which go unanswered. This has dragged on for 5 months and still not resolved.
I will not use Unbeatable Hire again and my advice is to hire your motorhome from a reputable company.
