Small motorhome hire

We hired a small motorhome for a week from Bristol branch. We had a good handover and they took photos of any damage and e-mailed a copy to us. Hand back was equally good and they confirm, there and then, there would be no extra charges.

The hire admin staff answered all emails promptly, but did take the deposit too early and charged us for early book-in fee, which we didn’t request. However once pointed out these were refunded. Costs on top of the hire charges are a £15 admin fee and £1250 deposit which is returned to you after 28 days, we have now had this refunded.

The motorhome has just enough of everything you need for your holiday. Fixed bed was comfortable. Heating was effective. Storage garage was big and very useful for dog beds etc. We stayed on Camping and Caravan Sites and received a discount from the hire company. Sites were great and we had a ready good holiday.
