i have probably made 50 phone calls in 3 weeks to get my £250 refund. i have been lied to continually with promises of the refund ...but nothing.
i feel angry, humiliated, upset and robbed. the staff have no remorse and it’s obvious that they are used to dealing with other customers who have similar problems with non paid refunds. i plan to inform the police...

I feel your pain! We had a similar experience but thankfully we had booked via Wowcher so have managed to get them to back us and get the money back but this company should be shown up and CLOSED DOWN! The person we dealt with in finance was by far helpful but it might be worth trying her!
