“Poor Customer Care”

Made a purchase which was meant as Xmas Gift. It arrived with ripped damaged packaging. I contacted PicStop who despite being told my leg was in plaster for 6 weeks, and I had no access to a printer, insisted I print off a returns label and hobble to a post office. Not happy. Poor customer service.
