I ordered a photo album and selected store pick up. After two weeks of waiting and a call to Boots, it transpired that they had no idea where the album was and so they ordered it again. They were very proud of the fact that they were doing this 'free of charge' as if it was something I should be praising them for.
Two weeks later and a month after the original album was ordered, I still have no album and the new order is over a week late based on the tracking info I was given. Shocking service. Don't use it!
