Ordered photos after Christmas and was told they would be ready in 7 days. Went to collect after 7 days and rude staff member told me it was too bad that they weren't in and that I would just have to wait until the following week and that the 7 days doesn't include weekends! Prices also much more expensive than previous years since changing printin companies
