Prints received were poor quality and the cropping wasn't correct resulting in parts of the main picture cut off. Also over charged - They had an offer advertised for free upgrade size prints (no small print) but on another advert small print states when you select the 7x5 size!
An email sent to customer service was ignored too.
There customer service is appalling; very rude woman spoke to me, she had no customer service/people skills. She raised her voice and wouldn't let me speak. Most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever received in my entire life.
I wish I researched reviews prior to purchasing as I certainly wouldn't have had anything to do with ASDA.
I will never shop in their stores or on-line again and strongly advise others NOT to.

You do know it states in Asda's terms and conditions that if your not happy with your print quality you are entitled to new prints or a full refund.
Thank god you don't want anything to do with Asda anymore, they just saved themselves a headache!
