Great System, Friendly Staff

I purchased a CCTV system from these back in August last year as I was having trouble with theft in my shop and I was due to be moving abroad. he sales guy turned up to speak with me about what I wanted and why and then he designed a syatem for me.
On the day of the install the engineer arrived on time, talked me through what he was going to be installing, where everything would go and where cables would be. Once he had all of the cameras up I asked if he could take a look at why one of my existing cameras was not working, which he did there and then. It was discovered that the camera had been vandalised and the cables cut. I asked to order a new camera and the engineer went to call the office. He then came back in with a camera which he was able to fit right there for me. Saving me money on having someone out again.

After he had finished installing the CCTV system he showed my and my daughter how to use the system, talked us through what it could do and left us happy that everything worked. The only thing that didn't work was the remote CCTV link through the internet, although this was the fault of BT not having activated the broadband in time. The engineer did say that as soon as we have the internet connected to give him a call and he would sort it remotely for us.

Overall I'm very happy with the system, and very happy with the service, especially from the engineer.
