These lot love a good cold call. However, they're not so eager to communicate once they have your money. Having purchased a policy online, one would expect to receive the policy documents fairly swiftly. Apparently not. Annoying when you need them to procure a contract and are eager to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible. I've been told to expect a response within 48 hours...

But let's face it, insurance is just legalised extortion and these are some of the cheapest 'hoods' around - at least for a first time quote.
