The service they offer is great. However, I am Autistic and have other issues. I wanted to discuss things via phone call with them as I can't always write these things to explain. They have made it near impossible to do that, and say they don't offer calls at all. I just feel like I don't know what to do. I even paid for the Re-write service with no clue on what I'm doing. I thought they did this themselves, hence paying. I feel blocked from all directions.

I contacted UK Startups. Was happy with the initial call and rushed to register. At first, I was definitely a bit apprehensive but surprised at the level of support that I was provided with. She told me to apply for grants first and that's what I did. The help was valuable and worth the time investment. I got approved for £20,000 in funding for renovations to our flat to run a business out of. Thank you

After initially struggling with the platform, I reached out to the experts who assured me I was in good hands. Worked with the team on the business plan for a few days and sorted it all out. My mistake for assuming I could apply without the plan being ready. Glad I took the advice. October 25th, I applied for the guided funding scheme and was approved in 3 days of my application being submitted. I wouldn't have known of the grant if it wasn't for my expert helping me and urging me to apply. Thank you for your patience with me.

The team were great. They helped me with various steps of the business startup process. Wasn't easy, but I got through it. I work days and needed support late at night and UK Startups was always there. Eventually, not that I am done the process I applied for funding and was curious as to how much I can apply for. He guided me and was successful in obtaining me the money I needed.

I joined UK Startup in March and initially didn't dedicate the time needed but the individual assigned to me kept consistently following up and kept me in the loop. I decided to apply mid-april, and by month end was contacted regarding funding approval. Since this, I've engaged more with additional options and secured further Funds for my entreprise.

The investment was a sound decision considering the help recieved by the UK Startups team. From the first day the lads here helped with really understanding my business when nobody else would. They asked the questions and really got know it, the small, fine details. This impressed me, knowing they cared. Once the funding search was under way, representative and the search team really took charge to guide me, education me on the options and getting me to understand what I should do. True help is hard to find but this, definitely was a sound decision

Applied for funding with UKSTARTUPS.ORG and had a positive experience. I was offered multiple options to consider, grants loans, tax breaks and various private lenders. Plenty to opt for x a small business startup. My concern was being pre revenue and still building out but managed to get help from the guys here. Very supportive lads and helpful with the funding search but also assisting with any and all questions there after. My concerns were only about not being able to speak with them on the phone as I felt the financial service required it, but was quickly overcome as they provide great service, fast response and truly are helpful

Thanks to the help from the agents, I was able to apply for various schemes that were matched to me after my business plan was done. They did my plan for me as well after I struggled a bit. After applying I wanted 6 weeks. A bit long and somewhat frustrating but was reassured each step of the way and happy with funds I recieved. Only negative was that I wasn't able to speak on the phone as sometimes this would be more efficient. However the team did surpass my epxctation on many occasions. Thank you

I was very disappointed with UKStartups. Initially they were super keen and phoned me many times to sell their product, as soon as I paid I could never get them on the phone, no matter how many times I asked and requested. During the sales pitch they very heavily implied there would be lots of options for financing my business and said there had be lots similar to mine that had been funded. I can tell you first hand that unless you are a social enterprise the chance of getting funding is very low. The user interface is pretty awful and outdated and the 'funding database' is also terrible however many times I search it. The list of private fudning options is criminally bad, it is basically a list of linkedin links, but the vast majority are no longer working! there is no way to search by key words or tags. Overall just super disappointing.
