Steer well clear!
After the balls up setting up my business account up (took nearly 2 months) it's been up and running for 2 months now.
The online portal is so bad it makes me want to cry. I use this for my personal saving too.
Last week I got locked out of the online business portal. Had to wait 4 working days to receive the new password in the post (received today). Just tried in various browsers to log in with new details and create new password through the wizzard....get to the last step, click Continue and boom..nothing...blank screen. Has done this 4 times.
Called up the number on Businesss FAQ page (which actually directs you through to personal banking tech support!).
Was told by nice lady that she'd have to pass it over to 'the technical team' and they'd call me within 48hrs. Absolutely terrible.
Shall be moving my business to a different bank, no sooner than I can fill out the application forms!
