At first sight they seem great. You walk into the branch and someone immediately greets you. They have dog treats and lollies and all that superficial stuff. But they gave me the wrong information of what I needed to bring to the branch to open my business bank account, even though I called them twice to check. I had travelled an hour to get there. Now I was told I had to come in again, which would have amounted to another £40 train fare and half a day lost. Instead I wrote to their complaints address to ask them for a more 21st century solution than coming back in person. NO RESPONSE AFTER WEEKS! I emailed them to chase up and ask if the letter had been received. NO RESPONSE! NOTHING!
