My big issue with their business account is it takes them 3 days minimum to move a payment to another account unless you pay a fee for each transaction. They claim its next day, but it's the day after you ask them to make a payment they act on it and then another day for it to move, it makes no sense (that's working days too). It's absolutely appalling service and I will be switching asap.
