In keeping with the horrible experience I had in trying to open account (something forced upon me by Cloud9 Umbrella Accounting service) - that took me almost 5 months to get through, now I've received a notice that they're closing my account without giving a reason, as they're entitled to do per our agreement.
Obviously Cater Allen / Santander have way too many customers. I'll be happy to be untethered from these numpties.
I just wish I knew why my account, which has never been close to overdraft or having any issues, was being closed. Guess I'll never know, as they don't give a rats A$$.
