I hired for a solution to block duplicate accounts and sent the information about my case, which was totally ignored. They sent me a totally generic plan, the kind you find for free on the internet. I asked on the same day that I hired them for a refund of the 1000 pounds I paid and they do not want to refund me claiming that they have already started the service. They made a ridiculous single 1 page plan and think they can charge me £1000. A real rubbish, totally disrespectful and bad. I will get my money via chargeback. 

Very professional service from start to finish. They even gave us some much needed advice to stop the issues from happening again. Work was extremely high quality with great instructions, and they replied fast.

Amazon closed my account without any reason. I spent weeks trying to find out why. I was recommended Thompson and Holt and they were superb. Ladies and Gentlemen, Please do not fall for the Thompson & Holt website and its so-called success rate. This has been the worst legal experience of my life. I was going to be suspended on Amazon for mistakenly violating Amazon's dropship policy. I engaged Thompson & Holt for their help. Bad mistake. They charged me $1000 US for two attempts at an appeal; however, both times, I had to email them back with all of the additional feedback for them to update the appeal document again. On the last evening, before my final appeal was due, they failed to update the final document and or make any changes. I stayed up all night rewriting the entire appeal myself. I was certainly willing to pay them something for their time, more like half of what I paid them and learning the lesson to never work with them again, but then they turned our conversation into legal threats which then forced me to write this review when they failed to find a win/win for this situation. Do not spend any money with this so-called legal firm.  They did not even spell words correctly on the first two appeal letters. Avoid Thompson & Holt at all cost.

Very bad experience with this service provider, they play they are available for chat and on WhatsApp and wechat, but only to deliver you a very bad service after that. Please do yourself a favor and avoid using their service, they take the money, do not care about you bought fast service, then they will deliver to you a generic letter and if it is refused they ask you to send the same damn letter again and again, how stupid is that? they have one template and selling it over and over, you better find on facebook people who post their letter for free, and if you really want to get the job done,, hire a professional service, not a cheap service provider, After they did not deliver, I ask for a refund, now they ignore my message and need to go through visa credit card fraud department to get my money back Avoid!
