Told me I was selected by napit to be a local authority approved contractor, guy said he worked for local council! I realised when I received the email with invoice, called back within 10 minutes and no you cannot cancel and get a refund as promised!
Still call me now threatening bailiffs and CCJs for the next installment of £300 they are never getting.
