I would like to advise you stay away from this company. They charged £800+ for a 20 minute journey. I booked out of panic and when I realised I had paid too much I rang 4hrs later to cancel. I gave 3 weeks notice and they charged £250. I had literally had the booking for 4hrs. I cannot believe how a company can treat you like that. The customer service was appalling. He didn’t even know who I was even though he had been emailing me for two days. My advice is to stay well away. There are lovely companies with far better buses, believe me I have researched them all. STAY AWAY

I am delighted to write a review on Nova Bussing.

We used Nova Bussing for a minibus on Saturday to Romney Marsh in Kent.

Our driver, was wonderful. He was incredibly patience and a very friendly person. He was prompt on both pick ups and very accomodating to the changes that were made last minute by some of our party.

I cannot recommend them enough and will be sure to do so if anyone should need a coach/minibus for a future event. We also found the minibus it's self to to extremely comfortable and very modern.

Our trip was hassle free and Nova Bussing was a pleasure to do business with.

I would just like to post some feedback regarding the buses that we hired for our daughters wedding. The company we used was Nova Bussing.

The 16 seater bus that we hired to transport the bridesmaids was superb. Complete with wedding ribbons. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The driver very courteous and helpful.

The music system on the bus very much appreciated as was the selection of music available.

The 29 seater we hired for our evening guests was equally as good.

A very comfortable journey both ways, polite and obliging driver, and once again a very good music system which everybody enjoyed.

Superb service from start to finish, from the booking process through to the day of hire.

Couldn't be faulted. Would recommend your company to all.
