Overall it is a fairly good service, but lately we experienced continual delays when taking our coach at Luton airport.
At least three times in the last six months we have been told that our service had been cancelled for various reasons and we had to wait for the next services. Even if overbooked, tickets are still sold at the airport and tickets bought online do not get any advantage as it should be.
Very disappointing for a company of this value.
