I PURCHASED 9 TICKETS FROM WASHINGTON D.C TO NYC AND 6 OF THESE TICKETS WERE FROM FAMILY MEMBERS WHO CAME TO D.C TO GO WITH ME TO NYC FROM INDIANA.. THE BUS RIDE TO NYC WAS FREEZING COLD AND THE WAY BACK THE AIR DIDNT WORK. not TO MENTION THE WHOLE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUS LEAKED DO TO THE RAIN STORM WHICH LEFT OUR SEATS AND CLOTHING WET
