“Oue WORST bus experience EVER...! ”

We pre-booked the Edinburgh to Perth Megabus. In the confirmation email, we got no information whatsoever to tell us that Megabus DO NOT in fact pick up at Edinburgh airport. We needed to get the Stagecoach bus to Ferryport. Luckily, one kind and attentive gentlemen told us this on the stand just moments before the Stagecoach bus pulled out. Then, when we got to Ferryport, the 5pm Megabus did not turn up, so we had to wait another hour. All we got at Ferryport when we asked what had happened to our 5pm bus was a curt and rude response, telling us "the next bus is at 6pm".
We would NEVER book with Megabus again, not even if they were free.

I think megabus customer service is absolutely disgusting as I have travelled on it for eight hours without even a ten minute chance to grab refreshments ! THE DO NOT WARN YOU ABOUT THEM NOT STOPPING ! My back was killing and I was aggressively hungry ! It's cheap , It's cheap , blah , blah , blah ! They should still stop for refreshments or if not they should atleast warn you so you know to bring your own drinks and food ! I will never be travelling with this careless company again !
