Bus Driver using I Phone to get her music while driving 70

Driving from Nashville to Chicago on 7/9 / 12 There was a trainer and a bus dri ver on the bus. I ride down was great so that is what I expected going back.

NOT NOT NOT the case. The trainer was sleeping and the bus driver or tranee was trying to untangle her head phones and taking her eyes off the
road I said miss may I help you . She said no then I said it again louder. The trainer woke up looked at it and ignored her.
Then she untangled them with her eyes off the road.
She pulls out her I phone and I said what are you doing she said getting my music. I WAS SHOCKED !!!!!! I said loudly is that not illegal ????
I went into the back of the bus and called in they said they would contact her boss. Nothing happened. I called back the girl put me on hold and she called the drivers supervisor BENARD I demanded to talk with him. I said is this not illegal he said yes I said is the trainer to be awake? He said yes. I will call them. I said I wouild like to get a car but there is no electric and Internet on the bus. He calls and then they she stopped touching her I phone.
The trainer continued to SLEEP. She was all over the place.
I am so sorry I did not call the police.

I called again be cause he was sleeping and not watching the trainee
Benard said he would call him so I was sitting in the front and the trainer started laughing and making light of the situation.

Then we came to dinner They wanted to park in a dirt and stone lot
and make us walk over a large curb. I said no there is a concete lot over there. So they pulled there.

I called the company that day and left a message with the operations manager. NO CALL BACK. NEXT DAY LEFT 2 MESSAGES NO CALL BACK WED. LEFT 2 MESSAGES NO CALL BACK. tHURSDAY LEFT A HAND WRITTEN MESSAGE ASKING IF THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK OR SHOULD i CALL lESLIE sTALL.
