Just had our loft professionally boarded out in our 3 bed semi by Instaloft. Before, we had bare rafters and partial boarding so needed it doing. The two guys that arrived were courteous & friendly and immediately lay sheeting on the stairs to protect the carpet. They then set to work on the loft including the laying of extra insulation and raised boarding system. They took about 5 hours and the result was amazing. They converted a drabby loft space into a clean, tidy and safe storage area. The work was efficiently done, they even boarded around any obstacles they came across, I am very happy with the result. They are not the cheapest but are probably one of the best companies around and you get what you pay for. I would thoroughly recommend Instaloft if you are thinking of gaining more storage space, it is worth it, and is no doubt more appealing to buyers if you ever think of selling up.
