Had the DIP agreed,and paid the deposit on our new home. The survey was done pretty quickly
,however they kept telling different stories when I called to find out how things were going and after two weeks of waiting they declined our full application.They made assumptions as part of their explanation why they decided to decline our application and didn't look at the bigger picture. Both my partner and I have excellent credit scores it seems this is not enough for them. Avoid at all costs.
