If love to say just how helpful the staff at Nationwide are but I can't. I rang the Nationwide contact number yesterday, 30 minutes went by without the call being answered. I then tried again today, 45 minutes spent waiting for My call to be answered and still nothing, all whilst being forced to listen to the insanity inducing on hold music on loop. Not happy one bit
