I have to say, I've noticed a number of negative reviews about Nationwide, but my experience has only been good. I really appreciate that they are - at this point at least - committed to keeping High Street branches open. I hate using online services or - worse - the telephone. The staff at my local branch are generally friendly and helpful. But I'll bear the negative reviews in mind and keep an eye out on the quality of the service they provide.
