I decided to move my monies to a different bank as frequently saw how badly staff at Nationwide Building Society treated the customers. On one occasion the Branch Manager was quite aggressive towards an old lady who was slow counting her monies. Staff are nasty/poorly trained. Avoid Nationwide Building Society
