They cheapest on market, bus service am rubbish. To answer A phone take at least 10min. Machine ask you all stupid questions, and after person anwers, they ask same questions!!!! I did change house and it took nearly 8 months to change my billing address. Funniest think they tell you "yes address been changed" but month later you got no mail coming so you ring back to ask whats happening, and they say that account still on old address. Tha???
In 2012 June they changed 10mbps deal to 20mbps for extra £3 a month. Is it Faster? NO! Youtube laging no mater than you watch it 3 in morning or 6 at night and to wacth in HD you have no chance. I do use them only becouse I do not need a land line or TV. You get what you pay for.
