We are a Law Centre supporting some of the most vulnerable people in society and the poor service from Virgin broadband is hampering our work.We have had to report at least 12 faults with outage in some cases for several days. There is no email address to complain to and we have spent hours on the phone. We are now considering legal action for breach of contract and have made a complaint to Ofcom
