Time wasters!!! I have ordered 100MB broadband & XL TV on 25.06.13, and received confirmation that order will be completed on 08.07.13. Nearly two weeks to wait! Well, I started to wait. 10 days after confirmation and 4 days before service due to be provided I received call from customer service call centre. I was advised that I’ll need to wait another 4-6 weeks, before service will be provided! Ridiculous!!! Why can’t they give this info to customers up in front? The wasted my time and lost a customer!
