Since switching to Virgin 3 years ago they have been excellent. Broadband is fast, tv package excellent and great value compared to the one up there^.

Recently phoned to renew my contract with them and told them I was thinking of leaving, they upgraded me to Vivo and installed it free, plus fitted the old box in my bedroom, again free!

So now I have Vivo, multiroom, doubled speed for downloads, weekend phone calls, tv channels to suit the whole family, all for less than I was paying last year!!
