just read virgin testing super fast broadband,think they should start by giving there exsisting customers something near to there speeds to witch they pay for,since changing over to 100mb i seem to be on the phone every 5mins now explaining that the speed is rubbish,last night at 5pm was getting 5mb.
sure it speeds up during the day but then was never told that i could only acheive near the correct download speed during off peak hours.
been told that there working on problem and wont be fixed till end of april which is a joke when they post things saying their working on getting even faster speeds.
