Today Supanet has suddenly blocked my access to all of my emails & addresses
with no prior warning.
I rang a telephone number they gave & was told I had to pay £59 for them to
unlock my account. They allege that they contacted me by email to warn me of
this charge. I have received no such warning & when I asked the representative from Supanet for a record of this email he said the company had no record!
According to him the information in my email account does not belong to me but to Supanet! Can this be correct?
I would love to have my emails back for long enough to transfer them as they have photos of my grandchildren attached but Supanet will not give them to me
unless I pay them the money.
There is something very unreasonable, to say the least, about all this. How do I know I will get access to my account if I do pay? I was given no explanation as to how the sum of money requested had been calculated.
