I switched from virgin to sky ended up paying something approaching £200 in the first month and the deals all end at different times very confusing. Customer services while polite were not very clear and the broadband is very slow in comparison with virgin for the money. The tv package (family) is not very good value as I at least had Netflix with virgin and utube all in all I expected better
