Paying £20 a month for up to 38mbs fibre, but receiving 3mbs (with 250ms pings), pretty much unusable for gaming or video calling. Sky blaming Openreach when they've been using every delaying tactic in the book (reset and wait a day, new filters, etc..) to avoid logging a call with Openreach prolonging the fault.

At the time of writing BT offer the same product for £10 a month.
