FIRST MONTH UPON INSTALLATION OF SKY BROADBAND IT WAS REALLY GOOD I EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO SOME OF MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS, BUT THEN AFTER A MONTH THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS GETTING WEAK AND MOST OF THE TIME FAILED, WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE OF USING THE SKYPE I CAN'T SEE THE OTHER END WHOM I WAS TALKING THE SAME WAY THEY CANNOT SEE ME, THEN I STARTED TO MAKE A CALL, COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE PROBLEM STILL THE SAME IT DOESN'T DO ANY GOOD, NOT TO MENTIONED OF HAVING A HARD TIME TO CONTACT THE HOT LINE, LAST WEEK OF AUGUST 2013 THEY MADE A SCHEDULE TO FIX THE PROBLEM ON SEPTEMBER 4 TO 6, 2013, BUT NOBODY CAME, (ANOTHER 3 DAYS I'VE WASTED) I MADE A COMPLAINED ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2013 REFERENCE NO.1760444, ANOTHER COMPLAINED ON SEPTEMBER 17, 2013 REFERENCE NO.615770. SO I DECIDED TO REQUEST A DISCONNECTION LETTER, THEN ANOTHER PROBLEM CAME BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I'M ON A CONTRACT OF A LOCK IN PERIOD MEANING I HAVE TO PAY THE WHOLE CONTRACT EVEN THE SERVICES IS VERY BAD, THAT MEANS THEY ARE NOT REALLY WILLING OF HELPING THE SUBSCRIBER WHAT THEY ONLY WANT IS THE MONEY FROM THE POOR CITIZEN FOOLED BY A VERY EXCELLENT ADVERTISEMENT OF SKY COMPANY, WATCH OUT THEY EVEN WARNED ME I BREACH THE CONTRACT.
